Received a bouquet from my 3 daughters following my breast cancer diagnosis a few days ago. Flowers looked quite nice when they arrived but a couple of days later they looked very sad, despite my following instructions to the letter. I won't be buying from Next. And a pity my daughters spent their money on these - don't want to tell them though.

I received a box of Next spring flowers through the post recently, sent by a friend following a family bereavement. . They looked half dead when I opened the box. I hoped they would revive once in water. They were all completely dead within a few days. The daffodils and irises never did revive. I tweeted a complaint and was contacted and sent a replacement. I’d have been happy with that - but the replacement flowers weren’t much better. I’m upset for the friend who sent me the flowers - a waste of her money. I’d received a lot of flowers, and they all lasted well and looked beautiful - except for the Next flowers. I didn’t bother complaining again, but I would never use this service.

Sent flowers to my MIL for mothers day, when they arrived the box was damaged and the flowers were dead. Contacted Next who arranged an upgrade and offered a refund they were extremely helpful. The second lot of flowers arrived with some dead and drooping. To say I'm dissapointed is an under statement. Next have offered a third upgrade or a refund. No refund has been received yet. Never had a problem with their flowers in the past but definitely won't be sending Next flowers again.

Mother’s Day flowers from my daughter..What a tiny pathetic little bunch, some broken some almost dead. I’m thinking its very close to a criminal offence. (Deception). I know my daughter spent over £25 and I haven’t got the heart to tell her she wasted her moneyIf anyone reads this, buy flowers elsewhere. Never use Next flowers. So angry, hate being ripped off

I purchased 4 lots of flowers/plants for Mother's day with all expectations of Nexts reputation. Then I read sone of the reviews on here and immediately started to panic that I had done the wrong thing, and should have ordered elsewhere. I need not have worried at all. All 4 deliveries were made on mother's day as promised, with updates all the way. All 4 orders were absolutely beautiful, better than the pictures on the site!

Hugely disappointing. Received these as a gift and they're awful. The included card was limp, cheap and nasty looking. I've seen better flowers in a petrol station.

I received these as a gift and they were appalling. Did not look like the picture on their website for February flowers. They had a terrible smell and I have kept them in the hope that they would open up a bit and 4 days later they have but they are all dead. I need to let my friend know that the £20 she spent was a waste of money.

Fabulous flowers wud deffo order again we’re brilliant with information we’re there early on the day I’d wanted delivery being a florist I love the natural looking flowers these were excactly what I wanted and easy to order for friends all over the country

my sister bought me some flowers from next. Absolutely disgrace for what she paid no tissue to keep moist had the cheek to have a card saying flowers were sleeping think they were 6 foot under. Being a florist myself I know for a fact that is not £20 worth. Profile pic is the flowers

Worst flowers we’ve ever had! We had a bouquet delivery for my wife’s birthday. When they arrived, they were all squashed and droopy. They will not last more than a day

Received some flowers from next before Christmas from a friend. Was extremely disappointed on seeing them as half of them were dead x the rest drooping. They looked like a dried flower arrangement. My friend agreed and was very embarrassed on seeing them. Neither her or myself order flowers from next again .
